How to Reset The Time On Your ProMate 6 Water Softener

To reset the time of day on your Hellenbrand ProMate 6 Water Softener (or Neutralizer) system, follow the simple video tutorial and instructions below.

Instructions:

  1. Press and release the “SET CLOCK” button
  2. The hour number will begin flashing
  3. Use the UP or DOWN arrow to change the hour to the appropriate time
  4. When hour is correctly set press the “NEXT” button
  5. The minute numbers will begin to flash
  6. Use the UP or DOWN arrow to change the minutes to the appropriate time
  7. When done hit “NEXT” button to return to home screen
