is our famous 100-day guarantee. If we cannot resolve your water
quality problem within 100 days from the date of installation, simply
request that we remove the equipment and we will fully refund
your money! We guarantee results.
Second,
your equipment is proudly warranted against defects in materials
and workmanship from the date and site of original installation
and limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts
for the following terms:
- Water Treatment Valve, 5 Years
- Media Tank, 10 Years
- Brine Tank, 10 Years
Warranties do not include labor.
Damage caused by accident, fire, flood,
freezing, hot water backup, high/low voltage, or Act of God is
not covered by this Limited Warranty. Our obligations are
expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective
